2. Products & Licensing

All products sold through SERGIOS-SHOP are licensed, not sold. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product on the number of servers specified in your purchase. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of products is strictly prohibited.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 24 hours of purchase if the product is proven to be non-functional.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. SERGIOS-SHOP is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. Server Usage

Products must only be used on authorized servers. Using products on unauthorized servers or exceeding your license limits will result in immediate license revocation without refund.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
